Let me start by saying that the process was pretty straightforward. I actually met Sean through a referral from an associate of mine. I was in a time crunch and since he was recommended we did not even meet until the day of the shoot. However, we did speak on the phone and he made some recommendations to get the property ready for the shoot. They were such simple things but they made a huge impact in the overall images. Since I have uploaded the images, we have received twice as many walk throughs than the previous months and sold the property the following month.
